Who We Are

Citizens Advice Watford is a local charity providing free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to people who live or work in Watford. We believe no one should have to face problems without good quality, independent advice. That’s why we’re here: to give people the knowledge and the confidence they need to find their way forward - whoever they are, and whatever their problem.

What We Do

We can provide advice and support on the issues effecting you, including: Benefits, Debt and Money, Work issues, Energy, Housing, Immigration, Discrimination, Family matters and Consumer rights. Our services can be reached by calling our Adviceline on 0800 144 8848 Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm, sending an enquiry form from our website https://www.cawatford.org.uk/ or visiting our drop-in service Monday to Thursday, 9.30am to 12.30pm.
