W3RT celebrate stories during World Cerebral Palsy Day today.

Raising awareness helps share a deeper understanding of those who manage CP on a day-by-day basis, and in finding ways to do so, we can share these stories with others. By inspiring minds, a positive feeling can be passed on, and in contributing this story alongside many others out there today, it will reach many more.

At W3RT CVS, they work with organisations who are celebrating being in the field too, and wish to share a film by Adult CP Hub that shows how adults with CP keep smashing barriers, achieving goals and changing the world for the better!

The Bobath Centre is one organisation who offer therapy to support babies, children and adults with Cerebral Palsy to manage their physical condition...

“People with Cerebral Palsy have mastered dealing with change, breaking down barriers, and coming up with creative solutions their whole lives…”

Cerebral Palsy describes disability caused by damage to parts of the brain that control muscles, movement and posture usually at birth. It is the most common physical disability affecting children in the UK.

Please feel free to share this story today with us.
