1) W3RT CVS Fundraising Network

Open to all voluntary organisations, the purpose of W3RT’s Fundraising Network is to allow W3RT CVS to provide support/share best practice to local voluntary sector organisations on issues regarding fundraising and for W3RT CVS to receive feedback and updates directly from local voluntary sector organisations on issues surrounding fundraising.

A range of topics have been discussed at these network meetings including presentations from funders and discussions about best practice. Membership is open to voluntary, charitable, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) sector organisations either based in/active in the Watford and Three Rivers area. 

Meetings occur on a quarterly basis and if you wish to attend a meeting, please keep an eye on the website/social media for the dates of the next meetings.

2) W3RT CVS Volunteering Network

Open to all voluntary organisations, the purpose of W3RT’s Volunteering Network is to allow W3RT CVS to provide support/share best practice to local voluntary sector organisations on issues regarding volunteering and for W3RT CVS to receive feedback and updates directly from local voluntary sector organisations on issues surrounding volunteering.

A range of topics have been discussed at these network meetings including best practice in volunteering recruitment, volunteer retention and an introduction to Employer Support Volunteering (ESV). Membership is open to voluntary, charitable, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) sector organisations either based in/active in the Watford and Three Rivers area.

3) W3RT CVS Voluntary Sector Networking Events

In 2022, many organisations told us know that they wanted us to host networking opportunities for charities and community groups where you could meet each other and find out what else is happening in the community. As a result, we are now hosting networking meetings for you to attend so that you can meet some of the other amazing voluntary organisations in the area.

Membership is open to voluntary, charitable, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) sector organisations either based in/active in the Watford and Three Rivers area and meetings occur on a quarterly basis and if you wish to attend a meeting, please keep an eye on the website/social media for the dates of the next meetings.

4) Hertfordshire Community Leaders Forum (HCLF)

In partnership with CDA Herts, we host the Hertfordshire Community Leaders Forum (HCLF). The Forum is open to anyone involved with the voluntary sector in Hertfordshire and meet on a regular basis discussing a wider range of issue impacting the voluntary sector and presentations from organisations working in the sector.
