With the end of the summer, we are now in a position to announce a series of events through the Autumn period to help support your organisations over the next few months

• Fundraising Network Meeting - 11th October 2022 - Online - 2pm

Join the W3RT CVS team on the 11th October 2022 for the 3rd edition of the Fundraising Network which will be held online starting at 2pm. These network meetings are a great way to stay up to date with the latest fundraising news from W3RT and across the wider VCSFE sector as well as providing the CVS team with any updates or questions you may have regarding all things fundraising and funding. 

At this meeting we will be joined by the grants team from Children in Need. They will be presenting about their new grant-making strategy and the grants that they will have available. If you are thinking of applying to them for funding, this will be a brilliant session for you. You can sign up to attend the meeting here. 

• Corporate Volunteering Event - 25th October 2022, PWC Watford - 9:30AM

Next up is our Corporate Volunteering Event in partnership with Watford and West Herts Chamber of Commerce. This event takes place at PWC's offices in Watford on the 25th October starting at 9:30am and will be a great way for you to engage with local businesses wanting to find volunteering opportunities of their staff.

• Volunteering Network Meeting - 8th November 2022 - Online - 11:30am

To tie in with Trustees' Week 2022, we will be holding the next Volunteering Network Meeting on the 8th November 2022, at 11:30am. This meeting will focus on trustee recruitment, how to go about recruiting trustees and how you can use W3RT's volunteer recruitment platform Golden, to recruit new trustees.

• W3RT CVS Annual Conference - 30th November 2022 - Rickmansworth Golf Club, 1-4pm

Lastly, we are delighted to announce the initial details of the 2022 W3RT CVS Annual Conference which will take place on Wednesday 30th November at Rickmansworth Golf Club between 1 and 4pm. As well as providing a free lunch, we will also be reviewing the last 12 months, highlighting some of W3RT CVS' new projects as well as inviting some guest speakers to provide insight and updates in relation to some of the biggest issues impacting the voluntary sector.
