A community raffle has been launched which aims to raise funds for charities and initiatives in Three Rivers.

Watford & Three Rivers Trust, in collaboration with the Local Strategic Partnership, is has launched the first ever Three Rivers Community Raffle. The initiative aims to foster community spirit and raise funds for local projects, offering residents a chance to win fantastic prizes while supporting a great cause.

Bob Jones, CEO at Watford and Three Rivers Trust, said: “The Three Rivers Community Raffle is more than just a chance to win amazing prizes; it’s an opportunity for the community to make a difference to their local area. Proceeds from the raffle will be directed towards local projects and initiatives that benefit the residents of Three Rivers.

“The Watford & Three Rivers Trust and the Local Strategic Partnership invite all residents to participate in the raffle. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in our community.”

One of the standout prizes is an overnight stay at The Grove Hotel, valued at £500. This prize promises an unforgettable experience of relaxation and indulgence at one of the country’s premier destinations. Other prizes include meals for two, a Family Pass to the Warner Bros. Studio Tour and gift vouchers.

The Local Strategic Partnership Board is made up of 15 local organisations, but the Partnership itself works with many more across the district.

The raffle also marks the launch of the Connecting Three Rivers donation platform. This gives residents and organisations the opportunity to donate into one central place which will then be distributed to various charities and initiatives within the area.
