W3RT is one of the first organisations to be awarded the new iQ quality standard specially designed for voluntary groups. iQ is designed to help any small organisation, and the initial pack can be bought for as little as £20. The standard is built around four requirements that charities should be welcoming, accountable, effective and sustainable. The award was made to W3RT CEO Bob Jones by nationally renown quality expert Graham Baker.
Bob Jones said: "W3RT is delighted to receive this award - iQ is such a useful framework to help us make sure we are covering all the key points we need to make us a well-run organisation."
