Here at The Living Room we are breaking the cycle of addiction for adult residents of Hertfordshire and supporting family and carers.

What We Do

We provide group therapy to those living with addiction, substance and behavioural, for free. Abstinence-based, non time-limited daytime groups, facilitated by counsellors with lived experience in recovery.
