"Watford Community Housing Trust" (WCHT) have launched £1 million funding opportunity for community projects over the next five years. As part of their business plan for 2020-2025, WCHT are providing this large pot to help across 4 current challenges our community is facing in the Housing Sector: 

  1. Tenancy Sustainability

  2. Wellbeing

  3. Social Isolation

  4. Safe Neighbourhoods

As a result, W3RT CVS are encouraging Voluntary Sector organisations to consider applying to WCHT for funding if their project will benefit the community in one of the identified areas.

W3RT CVS Lead for Watford Alex Murray said:

“WCHT are a funder of local projects and it is great to see that they are dedicated to investing a significant amount of money into the voluntary sector for our community to benefit from in these 4 critical areas, and to encourage focused projects to deal with this. If you feel your idea may benefit from funding please contact WCHT.
