As a town, Watford has always supported the voluntary sector and the latest charity to move to Watford is "Goods for Good", who are looking to provide support to the community by sourcing and delivering large quantities of basic goods to people who need them.  

 

CEO Rosalind Bluestone said:

“Goods for Good (Global) are excited to have moved to Watford and are looking forward to collaborating with local charities to provide toiletries, hygiene products, pre-loved clothing & shoes, sleeping bags, and other items to those who need them the most”.  

 

As well as working with corporate donors, Goods for Good are also looking to the community for donations of clothing, blankets and others items which will be provided to identified groups.  

 

W3RT CVS Lead for Watford Alex Murray said:

“Goods for Good have done amazing work in the community before and during the Covid19 pandemic and we are delighted that they have chosen to support the community in Watford. W3RT CVS are equally passionate about collaborative working and have introduced Goods for Good to a number of local organisations who may benefit from their support.”
