Answer
Like counselling we help people dealing with challenges in their life and struggles with how they perceive themselves. However, the approach is very different. We do not analyse or delve into the past. Instead, we show people something helpful about thought and the mind that means we start to relate to our thinking differently. As a result, people can start to experience more freedom from their heads and feel lighter and peaceful and less held back in life.
